David Cater is the founding member of Vine Financial Solutions Ltd. He has been providing clients with bespoke financial advice for the last 27 years. Starting out at the Prudential, he moved to the then Halifax Building society and onto to HSBC Bank before going fully independent in 2011.

Andy Purnell - CeMap DipFA MIFS - Mortgage Broker​
Andy Purnell has been providing financial advice for 20 years.
Starting in the days of home service with Britannic Assurance, he moved on to a small independent firm for 2 years before in 2003 joining Positive Solutions as an Independent Financial Adviser.
Since 2003, his focus has been largely in the Mortgages arena. He is dedicated to finding his clients the best possible independent solution to their Mortgage needs whether it be First time buyers, house movers, Re-mortgages , But to Lets or shared ownership schemes.
Through his wide knowledge of the Mortgage market, he is able to deliver a streamlined solution to his clients Mortgage needs that is delivered in an efficient and professional way.
